請問Silvaco SONOS 記憶體的模擬及atlas的更新版(尋獲更新,上傳在帖子裡)

請問各位版上大哥

我想要模擬SONOS記憶體
在版上前輩傾情奉獻的版本裡沒有這個example

後來上網查
發現在官方網站SONOS的模擬需要5.15.32.R
(http://www.silvaco.com/products/ ... es/sonos/sonos.html)
版上前輩傾情奉獻的版本是5.14.0.R
跑不起來呀
可以請問那裡可以下載新版的Atlas 5.15.32.R ?

另外，也可以順便請教各位大哥
如果要用5.14.0.R(就是版上前輩傾情奉獻版)
有人會跑這模擬嗎?

go atlas simflags="-V 5.15.28.R" 也可以跑....看樣子 15.xx 以後多一個 INTERFACE
N.I DYNASONOS 去處理 gate 上不同layer的 simulation....

5.15.32.R 是最新的 release. 如果你有看到 example 中 的information.如果是在silvaco的 web 上看到的...那應該可以看到 download 下有新的 SSU  可以抓.
