It's fine here. Here is the details that may help. (It's really slow from my site. I hope to have more convenience for the upload.)

My 7zip generates tar.00# files, which can not be uploaded here. (Only .tar .zip ... are ok.)

You can try change the file name (*.001.tar) to (*.tar.001) and so on. And try to open it again.
