Technical Hub Manager, RF                    (Location: 上海 people:1)
Experience Level: 8~10years,  BSEE+


             Your Responsibilities:                  
                                      1,2,3 are related to team leader role

1. Resource Management
- Building and maintaining a world-class Application Team in for the PLs
- motivation, support, coaching, appraisal, safety/well-being, job rotation and career guidance/ development of own staff
- encourage and facilitate (self-) development of staff balancing AMS development requirements with individual career prospects
-execution of HRM processes (including recruitment, hiring, firing,reward, recognition and MD) and advise financial remuneration(salaries, promotion, bonus) of own staff
- development budget holder and resource capacity accountable
- selection and contracting of external design houses and contractors

2. Competence Management
- build and maintain a Application Team and infrastructure capable to design-in/support applications for the PLs
-drive and improve the design-in/application support competencies in owngroup matching the AMS requirements, including initiating and executingof quality improvement actions
- establish and maintain relationships with external partners and other (application) teams

3. Design-in execution (design-in implementation, execution and control)
-drive the design-in and application support activities according to thepriority set by regional marketing and aligned with the PLs

4-10 are related to principle engineer role

4.Customer Support. Provide direct support to designated customerprojects: promotion, design-in support, with complex technical problemsolving through the product life-cycle. Reflect the customer’sway-of-working in the support provided. Create insight that leads togood target setting for the coming 12 months. Secure the design-invalue set for the segment. Report on progress, be clear on nextactions/milestones. Act when changes/improvements are needed

5.Knowledge Transfer. Extract all relevant information from the PL/BL toenable business creation in the region covered. Convert this intotraining materials for level 1 AT colleagues, Marketing & Salescolleagues, Disti’s & Customers. Identify knowledge gaps & planto close. Apply the BL competence management & development processto ensure that the  segment local AT can meet the needs of the productroadmap, GTM strategy & customer support program.

6.Technical Marketing. Convert system, product & applicationknowledge into hardware, software & publications that enablesuccessful promotion of our products. Convert output from the PL/BLinto support materials that meet customer expectations in the region.

7.Application Expertise. Compile knowledge & insight gained throughcustomer contacts, lab work & competitor benchmarking to proposenew application ideas that lead to either improved performance, lowercost or greater ease-of-use for our customers.

8. PartnerCollaboration. Drive good working with all associated NXP activities& critical 3rd party organisations to develop relationships thathelp the market position for the PLs . Seek out & initiate newpartnerships, set out clear win-win positions for both parties.

9.Competitor Benchmarking. In depth understanding of our competitors’offering, both in products and support. Ability to convert thisknowledge into opportunities & threats for NXP. Make significantcontribution to convert opportunities into positive results andeliminate threats.

10. PL & extended AT Support. Goodteam-working with colleagues in the PL & global AT. Contribute toplanning & execution of programs of other groups.

                                  Essential Requirements
• Formal academic qualification in Electrical / Electronic Engineering (Bachelor level preferred)
• Desire to build a technical career in mixed-signal electronics
• Fluent spoken & written English
• Enthusiastic team worker & good communicator
• Structured approach to electronic product evaluation
• Flexible attitude to fit working in a change environment

• Ability to perform lab characterisation & problem solving in power circuits
• Use of simulation tools to enable good power circuit design
• PCB layout skills to optimise power density, thermal & EMC performance
• Appreciation of the fundamental load characteristics in power circuits and the effect they have on the control scheme employed
• Experience in taking power designs to high volume production
• Appreciation of current practices & developments in the world of magnetics & passive components
• Use of statistical engineering techniques used in power circuit design & problem solving

Senior Application Engineer ,RFSS,LNB

Experience Level:                            3-5 years

             Your Responsibilities:                  
              1.Customer Support. Provide direct support to designated customerprojects: promotion, design-in support, with complex technical problemsolving through the product life-cycle. Reflect the customer’sway-of-working in the support provided. Create insight that leads togood target setting for the coming 12 months. Secure the design-invalue set for RF small signal segment in base station. Report onprogress, be clear on next actions/milestones. Act whenchanges/improvements are needed.

             Your Responsibilities:                  
              1.Provide technical support to key customers inbasestation/broadcasting/Microwave RF Power areas both OEM accounts anddistribution channel
2.Design and optimize high performance RF Power amplifier demo board/turnkey solution, help to debug and finetuning
customers' design inside lab to meet customer expectation
3.Manage lab facilities like DPD system/Loadpull system etc
4.Build and maintain relationships with development crews at customer sites
5.Help on product quality complaint description and quality report explanation from tech. point of view
6.Technically drive design in and win activities, collect market feedback and give suggestions to Product Line on NPI                      
        
                     Your Profile:                 
                                  1.Qualification: Bachelor/Master Degree in electronic engineering with the focus on RF
Working Experience:
-3+ years experiences in RF design or applications
-Experience in high power amplifier is preferred
2.Expertise/Skill:
-Expert in RF laboratory equipment and measurement techniques.
-Expert on the design of high power RF circuits for Power Amplifier applications.
-Highlyknowledgeable on modelling techniques for non-linear systems,familiarwith simulation tool like ADS/Microwave office/Momentum
-Highly knowledgeable on the physics of device operation.
-Good understanding of RF circuit techniques for performance enhancements such as digital pre-distortion  and Doherty.
-Excellent problem solving skills.
-Have a pro-active attitude
-Hands-on mentality
-Good English language skill
3.Personal Attitude:
-Ability to work independently and be a good team player both
-Willing to work under pressure and travel in China and overseas
4.Travel:30%
5.Remark:Related base station system or microwave radar system knowledge would be a plus
