Job Description: Hardware Engineer
Responsibilities:
-- Be part of a team working on Wireless test solutions (WiFi, Wimax,
MultiCom, etc.) based around LitePoint’s existing IQ family of Wireless
test equipment ;
-- Setup, Maintain and optimize tester platform and calibration platform in
lab;
-- Diagnostic, Repair, Calibrate, maintain and upgrade wireless test
equipment in LitePoint lab and customer sites, and prepare service report
and test report; ;
-- Secure and improve the performance and professional process of postsales
support to customers,
-- Characterize, analyze and debug test systems in customer site;
-- Take part in the HW development of add-on hardware as part of LitePoint
test solution;
-- Answer customer technical inquiries and perform technical support
include clarification, demonstration and training for our customers and
distributors;
-- Effectively communicate customer feedback to manufacture team;
Qualifications：
-- Major in EE or communication technology, Master degree or Bachelor
with more than 2 years’ working experience;
-- Rich RF measurement experience (important);
-- Have basic knowledge on microwaves theory and communication systems.
Familiar with RF circuit design and troubleshooting. Experience in WLAN
will be a plus;
-- Familiar with CAD design tools for hardware development (FPGA and
MCU development);
-- Willing to take initiative and Perseverance;
-- Able to work independently and complete project schedule under press on
schedule.
-- Excellent troubleshooting, analysis and problem solving skills;
-- Ability to speak/read/write/present in English clearly for both internal and
customer communications at a technical level.
-- Willing to learn new technologies, self-motivated, passionate about
hardware development with high technical competency;
-- Good team work and Customer oriented spirit, easy to cooperate with
customers and team members;
-- Good verbal and written communication skill;
--Able to travel internationally and locally;
