本公司是一家瑞士公司，主要是做光传感器方面的集成电路芯片设计，产品大量运用于工业产品中，市场前景广泛而且稳定。瑞士总公司在江苏省常熟市2009建立起芯片研究设计中心。中国研发中心工作气氛活泼融洽，工作内容丰富且有挑战性，员工待遇优越。现招聘以下岗位，希望尽快到岗工作。

模拟集成电路设计工程师 (Analog IC design engineer)  招聘人数：2~3人
Required:
- Minimum of 1-2 years experience in hands-on IC design, using both CMOS and bipolar devices optimally;
- Proven Analog IC Design skills, experience on design of OPAMP, Bangap, Regulator, PLL, ADC/DAC, LED driver etc;
- Skilled with SPICE, Cadence Analog Artist/Virtuoso/Silicon Ensemble design. Matlab exposure is a nice to have;
- Strong English written and verbal communication skills;
- Self-motivated in solving problems;
- Good team player;
- Education: MSEE or higher.

模拟版图设计工程师 (Analog layout engineer）招聘人数： 1~2人
Required:
- Minimum of 1-2 years full-custom analog layout experience;
- Good knowledge in layout, such as matching, floor plan, size estimation parasitic extraction, PAD Ring etc;
- Good skills in back-end EDA tools and be familiar with Virtuoso, Virtuoso XL, Composer etc;
- Strong English written and verbal communication skills;
- Good team player and Self motivator;
- Education: BSEE required, MSEE preferred.

楼主啊，你就死命骗应届生吧！还瑞士公司呢？你怎么不说，总部在硅谷啊？
提醒应届生：社会很乱，这种公司为什么选择在常熟？因为那种地方，你没有跳槽的可能，进去了给你一口饭吃，你不做，就失业！这年头做模拟的，没个2，3年怎么可能跳槽？在这几年内，在那样的公司简直就是浪费青春。
个人经验：在国内做Mems设计的公司，不可能是国外公司，这种高端芯片设计，老外不会拿到中国来做！Ti,St的mems模拟芯片都是在国外完成，里面一些AD/DA可能是中国人设计的，但是绝对不会给中国人接触核心技术！

不知道这位7楼的遇到什么挫折还是上当受骗过，也不想和你辩解。至于公司为什么把研发设在常熟，这个有CEO他自己长远的公司发展计划的，我们无权决定，但我可以保证我们的待遇至少是等同于或者高于上海的。我们招聘的首选对象是有工作经验的工程师，当然优秀的硕士毕业生，也是我们欢迎的。
