Bipolar transistor model names cannot begin with a number


PROBLEM:
If a bipolar transistor model begins with a number, why is the result: "ERROR - Missing model"?

SOLUTION:
The names of bipolar transistors (on the .model statement) can not begin with a number. The first letter must be one of the following characters: [A-Z] [a-z] '_' '/'. A number can be used after the first character. This is a limitation that originates from SPICE2.

PSPICE也可以作集成电路仿真，使用model时，多检查一下model是否符合语法。

但HSPICE的语法从头学起肯定来不及，SPECTRE好像只能运行于LINUX。

同问，我现在也要用Pspice仿真，但是没有对应MOS管的模型文件，只有用于Hspice的，纠结，不知道要怎么办！！
