2. IP BSP 软件工程师，VXworks，Liunx，Trace32之类的系统要会一些哦
-Rich experience in embedded software developing of telecommunication equipment, Ethernet switch, router.
-Strong C programming skill
-Be familiar with TCP/IP protocol. Be familiar with routing protocol is a plus.
-Knowledge of WCDMA network is a plus
-Knowledge of TCP/IP stack implementation is a plus
-Strong team player, self-motivated, target driven and innovative thinking.
-Fluent in written and spoken English and Mandarin.


3.  也是软件工程师，不过趋近于业务，需要IP知识哦

4. 软件工程师，不过需要现场解决问题了，不是简单FAE，需要会软件的开发技能，会诊断问题所在。

MAIN PURPOSE OF THE ROLE AND KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
We are looking for an experienced software development coach to help the SW R&D in software design & programming.
You will be looking into the existing code of our distributed embeded system. And you will be working with different teams to coach and guide them to continously improve the code design & quality.
You will be working in a agile (Scrum) mode and coach the teams to use the SW development practices, e.g. TDD.


REQUIREMENTS:
You have a degree in software technology, computer science or equivalent. In this position the following competencies are needed:
- 5+ years experience in embeded system C programming
- Experienced in applying software design principles (e.g. Design Patterns, OO)
- Good knowledge in software analysis, software development related tools
- Agile software development and Scrum
