1.因為你用invertor做反相器,所以無法決定電平.建議用NMOS ,Common source 做反相器,可以靠電阻決定level and bias current.
2.C1 ,C2不可以用MOSCAP,因為有時後沒有電容(Vg<Vth)效應.建議用metal cap or mesh metal cap.

貌似起振了啊，不过在输出加一个限幅电阻也许会降低很多功耗
