Experience Requirements
Excellent systems experience in the video security industry with a good understanding of hardware/software/FPGA roles in systems
Experience with designing in video processing IC's including parts from Techwell, TI, HiSilicon, Faraday, Nexchip and high speed interfaces including DDR2, SATA, PCI, PCIe®
Experience managing both software and hardware engineers
Very good communication skills, including both written and spoken English
Very customer focused with good record of delivering complete solutions
Willing to travel within China and to HQ

Very Desirable Skills
Experience in systems running embedded Linux
Experience in board design, debugging, and general problem solving
Experience in developing graphical user interface (GUI)
Experience in hardware design, debugging, and general problem solving
