1.“该license文件”在哪儿啊，说的不具体——到底是怎么安装啊？是要把那个doc中的代码copy存为dat的格式还是什么格式，又该放到哪里？
2.“使用lmgrd启动”到底怎么回事？


我的安装目录是：cadencesoft/icTools/Laker30v9
错误信息：
