要开发一款CPU就要找到真正值得开发的点，否则有何意义？

国内还是很多基于CPU IP的MCU产业化公司,只是都在某些领域不为人知道罢了.

The core of microprocessor is ALU. I had a high-speed cmos project recently. I was required to design a 8-bit ALU using dynamic logic and different phases clock. Besides, layout is the most difficult part. The final fabrication is quite complicated using implanation. So, I guess there is no microprocessor design in china right now.
