This is the difference bewteen Taiwan and Mainland. Actually, many taiwan engineers even have lower salary than the counterparts in Shanghai. Why we can not do the right thing and do the thing right???

Look at Spreadtrum, this is the No. 1 IC company in China in 2008, now it is $0.85/share, market cap=35M, who should be blamed! ?

I think that is the normal process for IC industry and team to get matured.
