场效应管衬底的接法问题

在一般的设计者，管子的衬底都是接源极，但我看有的电路不是接源极，比如N管的衬底直接接地，诸如此类的接法是做什么用呢？一般N管和P管的衬底都有哪些接法？分别有什么作用呢？望赐教！

Bulk can be connected to Source only if there is Nwell or Pwell. If not, it is connected to ground or vcc by default.

这与工艺相关的吧。对于p衬底单阱工艺，所有的nmos管衬底必须接地，而pmos由于有nwell可以接源级，而对于多阱工艺的话，nmos管、pmos管的衬底端就可以有选择的接源端了。

In theory, for all single well p_sub process (most common), the substrates of all NMOS transistors should be tied to the lowerst potential of your circuit. On the other hand, the substrates of the PMOS transistors are more flexible, they can be either tied to the highest potential of your circuit or be tied to the source.
