请问各位大佬，第一次遇到Fillercut单元，请问在后端有什么作用

FILLERCUT cell
As AA design rule limited max length, user should place this cell in each standard cell row withinterval gap <= 50um(This value may changed, please see the detail in design rule manual), Wesuggest use 45um for interval gap. This cell has no netlist.
