SMIC 12nm Warning&Error: Illegal placement

使用S12提供的脚本设置follow pin和stripe，在place阶段出现如下warning，并且warning太多最后成为error，density不高，是59.71%

检查一下row以及follow pin的电源与地有没有打反呢？
