A Wide-input Tange High-accuracy Current MirrorAbstract:A wide input range high-precision current mirror was proposed by adopting a resistive input architecture to reduce the input voltage division. A model of the relationship between input impedance, input current, and replica error is constructed to match the input current to the input resistance for wide input current range and high current copy accuracy. Based on TSMC 0.18 μm CMOS technology, the circuit design and simulation are completed. The results show that when the power supply voltage is 1.8V, the input current of the circuit has a range of 1 μA-10mA, and the input voltage division is less than 100mV. When the power consumption current is 20μA, the copying error is less than 1% and the bandwidth can reach 10MHz.
