你可以试试在symbol要观察的端口处串联一个0欧姆的理想电阻，貌似有的PDK会有这个问题。

Hello, what you see in the bottom picture is the DC current not the transient.

and what you see in "print dc operation point" is the DC current not the transient.


But, what you see in "Plot node currents (The bottom picture) "when you righ-click on the device pin is the transient current.

To plot the transient current, you need to save it before running the simulation. (either save it from calculator or save it from ADE L directly)
