scl 11.9 for HSPICE

Hi guys, I need to install SCL11.9 on ubuntu 16.04 OS, but according to downloaded file, there exist 3 file such as "scl_v11.9_amd64.spf", "scl_v11.9_common.spf", and "scl_v11.9_linux.spf". How to install them on ubutu while their suffix is "spf". Any help appreciated.
