So, generally speaking, a DC biasing circuit is simply a current mirror to bias a tail transistor, just wondering if it should be placed beside this transistor or somewhere by the IO pad.
A straightforward thinking is the former for matching reason, however, there are enough layout examples to place the biasing circuit near the IO PAD.
