EDI 14.2 installation ... Need help

I installed EDI14.2 on centos7 and patched it
but when I start encounter got following :

[zisa@Zisa_IC_Lab ~]$ encounter

And I don't know any thing about environment variable that must be set .

I installed IC6.17 and MMSIM , there is no problem with them .

If somebody can please give me a sample bashrc, please
