都是按照PDK里说明做的：
Set hcell/xcell files in Calibre Interactive GUI
Inputs -> H-Cells
Run Control->Extraction Type-> Gate Level
Outputs-> Format->CALIBREVIEW
Outputs->Use names from-> Schematic

很奇怪的是版图里没有poly层
