为啥眼图的上下沿不对称呢~~~反而看起来有点像旋转了180度~~~

This output should be single-end signal, rising time!=falling time.
BTW differential signal can solve the above problem

   这不应该是跟我设置的伪随机序列的trise和tfall有关吗？为什么单端信号上升沿和下降沿的走势不同呢？？

Yes, the rising time/ falling time of input PRBS does matter. But the equations of charge/discharge of load cap through resistor to supply/gnd are different{ Vdd*(1-exp(-t/tau1)) @charging, vdd*exp(-t/tau2)@discharging} , generally speaking tau1 != tau2.I don't seize what you want to say. what do you mean by "走势"?
