岗位职责
1.负责新测试需求的分析、测试架构和用例设计；
2.负责测试方法的改进、新方法的引入；
3.承担系统能力提升的建设职责；
4.承担项目和团队过程改进的职责；
5.负责疑难杂症的攻关、解决与方法积累。  

任职要求
1.通信、计算机相关专业本科及以上学历；
2.Android 手机领域5年以上工作经验，其中测试项目管理3年以上经验；
3.熟悉Android的系统架构，掌握自动测试原理及方法；
4.有良好的沟通、协调、跟踪能力，思路清晰；
5.有Android开发经验者优先；
6.有丰富的项目管理以及团队管理经验者优先；
7.具有较强的团队合作意识，敬业、责任心强。
