岗位职责
1.负责新测试需求的分析、测试架构和用例设计;
2.负责测试方法的改进、新方法的引入;
3.承担系统能力提升的建设职责;
4.承担项目和团队过程改进的职责;
5.负责疑难杂症的攻关、解决与方法积累。
任职要求
1.通信、计算机相关专业本科及以上学历;
2.Android 手机领域5年以上工作经验,其中测试项目管理3年以上经验;
3.熟悉Android的系统架构,掌握自动测试原理及方法;
4.有良好的沟通、协调、跟踪能力,思路清晰;
5.有Android开发经验者优先;
6.有丰富的项目管理以及团队管理经验者优先;
7.具有较强的团队合作意识,敬业、责任心强。
