Responsibilities:
1.Block, IP and SoC level DFT implementation (bscan, scan, mbist, jtab, analog test structure, etc.)
2.work with IP vendor (internal/external) to analyze DFT integation issues
3.DFT STA, constraint generation, formal and timing closure
4.DFT flow development and maintenance
5.test vectors generation and verification
6.interface to backend team on physical design and timing closure
7.interface to test engineers on ATE and vectors bring-up and debug
8.chip DFT quality sign-off

Qualifications:
1.minimum 4+/8+ years of DFT design and integration experience
2.hands on DFT implementation experience (bscan, mbist, scan, IP testablity integration, at-speed scan, IDDQ test, ATPG and fault simulation)
3.expertise with DFT tools from Synopsy, Mentor, Syntest and Logic Vision
4.strong logic design and verification backgroud solid experience in STA
5.proficient in Perl, tcl and shell programming
6.BSEE degree or above
7.good team work spirit

2.work closely with architects on performance modeling and validation
3.regression infra development
4.coverage analysis and enhancement
5.behavioral model and BFM development
6.unit-T and timing gate-level verification
7.develop IPs verification suites
8.silicon bring up and debug support

Qualifications:
1.minimum 4+/8+ years of ASIC verification experience
2.BSEE degree or above
3.strong programming skills, proficiency in C++, system verilog
4.working knowledge of scripting language (Perl, Python, etc.)
5.working knowledge of verification methodlogies such as VMM, OVM or UVM
6.good communication skill
7.good team work spirit
