model in hspice

hi
i have a problem, i want to use << .MODEL nch_rf.1 >> with this Syntax :

.lib 'rf018.l' TT_RFMOS
mn1 2 1 0 0 nch_rf.1 w=7u l=0.18u

but deal with this error:
**error** model name nch_rf.1 in the element 0:mn1
is not defined.

can you help me?

这是MODEL NAME不对了，看看SPICE MODEL里面的MODEL NAME nch_rf.1 与这个器件中的MODEL NAME是否一致
