Description:
1. Prospect and develop design service business in target territory. Take and achieve the challenging annual quota;
2. Build up and maintain strong relationship with customers;
3. Develop and update clearly sales plan and strategy for target accounts;
4. Be responsible for learning exact customer’s requirement and get back to company;
5. Be responsible for finding new business opportunity; communicate effectively between the technical team and customers; negotiate the price and contract terms with customers;
6. Communicate with internal different technical teams to provide best service for customers.
Qualification:
1. Bachelor degree or above in EE or related majors;
2. Knowledge in IC design, manufacture, IP, etc.;
3. 5+ years experience in IC design or manufacture industry is a must;
4. 2+ years sales experience is a must;
5. Experience in IC design service is a plus;
6. Proficiency in oral, written and reading English;
7. Proven communication capability such as talking and writing.
