请问各位前辈，我研究生学的是IC制造，有那些比较好的教材和资料？国内国外的都行另外，请问搞工艺的话从事哪个工序比较有发展前景？比较可能在技术上取得突破？最好给出理由。望赐教，谢谢。

Volume1 descript basic module process from silicon grow, wafer process and assembly process.
Volume2 content is process integration.
Volume3 content is sub-micro process integration
Volume4 content is deep sub-micro process integration.
