Required Skills
- Proven track record and 5+ years experience in delivering embedded OS Management Firmware or Baseboard Management Controller (BMC)
- Strong technical leading ability with a hands-on approach, 3+ years experience in leading feature development for BMC or other other embedded Linux software
- Excellent programming skills in C/C++ in Linux environment
- Excellent debugging skills, good understanding of Linux kernel, system architecture, hardware, embedded OS
- Solid knowledge in industry standard such as IPMI, Networking protocol, etc
- Solid OO concept for new component design or existed component refactoring
- Good knowledge of System x architecture is a Plus
- Smart, quick learner and strong analytical skills
- Excellent English communication, negotiation, presentation skills
- Master degree in Computer Science and Electronic Engineering or equivalent, or above
