职位名称：企业架构总监
岗位职责：
Major Responsibilities
1、负责制定公司IT总体架构规划（业务架构/数据架构/应用架构/技术架构），并推动总体架构在公司落地。
Design the overall corporate IT architecture (BA/DA/AA/TA), and follow up and promote its implementation in the company.
2、研究并熟悉主流IT供应商的技术产品、行业解决方案产品，制定基于这些产品理念和特性的公司企业级IT架构规划。
Study the technologies, products and industrial solutions of mainstream IT suppliers, and formulate the enterprise-level IT architecture plan based on the philosophies and features of these products and solutions.
3、研究公司的各项业务，跟踪和预测公司的新业务或新业务模式的发展，基于公司IT现状和未来规划，制定对业务的IT支持策略、架构规划。
Study various corporate businesses, track and predict the development of new businesses or business models, and formulate IT support policies and architecture planning for businesses based on the as-is and to-be IT planning.
4、基于IT架构规划，联合业务单位，规划年度业务流程优化项目，并推动项目落地实施。
Plan annual business process optimization projects together with business units based on the IT architecture planning, and follow up and promote the implementation of these projects

任职资格的具体描述：
教育背景/专业：
1、Education/Major
本科及以上学历，专业不限
Bachelor degree or above, any major
2、外语水平：
Language skill:
良好的英文沟通及读写能力
Good command of English, both spoken and written
3、原则上要求是ICT行业，但若曾在ICT行业有多年架构经验，也可以纳入筛选范围
4、工作年限：
Work Experience:
10年及以上IT工作经验；5年以上大型ICT企业架构相关工作经验；3年以上团队管理经验
At least 10 years experience in the IT industry;
At least 5 years experience in large-scale ICT enterprise architecture;
At least 3 years experience in team management
5、常驻地： 深圳
6、其他要求：
1）有过目标企业总部管理岗位工作经验；
2）从事第三方咨询工作者须有丰富的企业工作经验且须包含管理岗位经验；
3）本岗位候选人要求技术过硬为主，同时要具备优秀的管理能力；
5、负责公司全球流程端到端的架构规划，流程管理体系建立，流程管理方法论实施，指导相关的流程架构师、流程管理经理开展流程优化工作。
Plan the global end-to-end process architecture of the company, establish the process management system, implement the process management methodology, and instruct related process architects and managers to carry out their work in process optimization. |
