Responsibilities
·Recruiter Role
·Be responsible for Sales & MKT recruitment activities;
·Promote the KSA Recruitment and make sure that all managers get familiar and fully understand the KSA
·Facilitate managers in using KSA during the recruiting process, and handle queries from users
·Have a good understanding of the business and sales team to provide HR consultation during the hiring process
·Manage job boards and recruitment agencies
·Assist new hires on pre-on boarding process
·Maintain Recruitment Report and conduct recruitment analysis
·General HR Role
·Manage HR process for Beijing, Shanghai, and other remote offices;
·Work closely with Shanghai Employee Engagement Committee to support employee activities;
·Facilitate training and learning program to ensure the trainings and sessions are arranged and delivered smoothly;
Requirements
·5+ years experience in multinational company Recruiting function;
·Bachelor degree or above, English major preferred;
·Have a good understanding of Semi-conductor industry, and be familiar with Sales & MKT function;
·Good communication, interpersonal skills, and customer service mind set required.
