Job responsibilities:
• Process Purchase Orders from a Worldwide customer base.
• Ensure prompt and accurate acknowledgment and processing.
• Ensure accurate and timely follow-through upon shipment of orders.
• Manage change requests, balancing the best interests of xx with the need to foster strong customer relationships.
• Coordinate all post-sale interaction with customers’ Account Managers in the APAC  and EMEA region.
• Actively communicate directly with APAC Distributors to ensure transparent communication.
• Secure accurate and up-to-date POS and forecasting information.
• Actively pursue market and competitive data to increase xx awareness and competitiveness in the region.
• Ensure highest level of partner satisfaction.
• Ensure accurate reporting and registration of new design-in opportunities.
• Prepare reports to track customer service and order fulfillment metrics.
• Coordinate and process customer sample requests worldwide
• Provide cross-regional support for counterparts in other regions
• Abide by all internal processes for Sarbanes-Oxley controls under the direction of the Worldwide Sales Operations Manager
• Assist in the administration of the CRM (customer relationship management) software platform, with a focus on the APAC region.
• Support Sales Managers for administrative and daily requirements.
• Perform other duties as directed by the Worldwide Sales Operations Manager
Required skills:
• 3+ years of successful sales, inside sales,Experienced in working in a US public company under the guidelines of Sarbanes-Oxley protocol; 2 years+ experience in the semiconductor industry; 3+ years experience working with an integrated ERP system with Finance, Quality and Operations modules; Invested knowledge of the principles of semiconductor planning. tactical experience with accounting concepts of credits and debits;
• Exceptional skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, Powerpoint, and Outlook
• Salesforce.com, Microsoft Dynamics or other CRM experience a plus
• Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy
• Total Customer Satisfaction attitude
•  Must be organized and process-oriented with excellent communication skills
• Must be a self-starter with the ability to work independently or in a team environment
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and use good judgment in resolving difficult issues
• Must be able to work during global business hours e.g. 7am to 7pm
• BA/BS in business, marketing, accounting, or equivalent preferred
