Job description
– Responsible for staffing, people management, managing of several project managers, program budgeting, project management and revenue generation.
– Select, coach and motivate team leaders and team members to insure high productivity, team-working spirit and competence.
– Experience with operational review
– Experienced with change & transition management
– Experienced in process improvement
– Experienced with performance management
– Demonstrated ability to implement new strategies and programs
– Managed direct reports and in-direct reports
Qualifications
– At least 10 years of experience in software engineering and project management
– Ability to provide functional management leadership
– Customer project implementation experience and customer handling experience are must
– In-depth knowledge of management methodology
– Global mindset with the experience of delivering projects worldwide
– Excellent negotiation, communication and presentation skills
– Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
– Proficient at analyzing workflow , Skilled at problem resolution
– Team-working attitude, ability to handle multiple tasks and at time under pressure
– Resilient, resourceful and responsible
– Good analytical,decision-making,and conflict resolution skills
– Excellent people and project management skills |
