负责为内部芯片完成从RTL到GDS的结构设计流程

工作描述：
任务包括版图设计，布局和布线，clock tree合成，静态时序分析，功耗计算，IR压降分析，串扰，ECO和物理验证(LVS/DRC)

详细的技能要求：
具有较强的使用Synopsys/Cadence/Magam设计工具进行布局和布线的能力，以及Synopsys Primetime的应用知识，同时具备使用RC寄生参数提取工具的经验，较强的使用tcl和Perl进行脚本文件编写的能力；
具有良好的交流技能，能够在一个节奏较快的，动态的团队环境中有效地工作；
工学学士或具有同等学历，至少5年的相关工作经验。
Duties & Responsibilities
Responsible for development  ution of the physical design flow from RTL-to-GDS for in-house chip

Description
Tasks will include floor-planning, Place&Route, clock tree synthesis, Static Timing Analysis, power calculation, IR drop analysis, cross-talk, ECO,  physical verification (LVS/DRC).

Detailed skills required
Strong working knowledge of Synopsys/Cadence/Magam Place & Route, Synopsys Primetime, along with experience in RC extraction tools. Strong tcl  Perl scripting.
The person should have good communication skills  be able to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic,  team environment.
B.S.E.E. or equivalent  minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience are required.

完成软件调试并使之工作

职位要求
在嵌入式软件开发方面有丰富的经验（如ARC、ARM、MIPS或SPARC），尤其在RTOS（如ucos、ucLinnux或Vxworks)方面有经验者优先
熟悉总线及协议，如I2C、UART、USB、LCD、Ethernet、IDE、SD接口及TCP/IP、RTP协议等
熟悉音视频编/解码标准（如MPEG 1/2/4，H.264）有从事过HDTV、STB、streaming media、HD-DVD、PVR/VOD、networked camera、video conferencing、/or record-able media等工作者优先
具备相当的英语能力，积极进取，良好的团队合作精神，能够承受较大压力并按时完成工作任务

Implementing software on system-on-chip solution using a combination of C  assembly programming languages
Tuning software for performance
Requirements
Experience in developing  debugging embedded systems (ARC, ARM, MIPS, SPARC, ...),especially in a RTOS environment(ucos,uclinux, Vxworks)
Familiar with peripherals  protocols, such as I2C,UART,USB,LCD,Ethernet,IDE,SD,TCP/IP,RTP
Good knowledge of Video CODEC stard  principle, (eg: MPEG-1/2/4, H.264), hs-on experience on video encode/decode as well as video applications(HDTV, DVB, streaming media, HD-DVD, PVR/VOD, networked camera, video conferencing, /or record-able media) is desirable.
Good at English, team player, positive personality,  able to work under pressure to meet deadlines
