WIN7 64位 ADS2009 在进行PA时不能安装RF_POWER_2009U1_DK,楼楼问题解决了木有~

2011pdk architecture and 2009 are not the same, but pdk supplier is generally made up of 2009 with the pdk upgrade, ADS2011 in pdk upgrade method, but this requires native file editable ael, such pdK still available for version 2009 ADS.
