NO.16-Test Development Engineer（Shanghai）

Job Description:
Manage a small group of software test development engineers and a small group of test engineers. The software test development team will develop and maintain embedded test software for a variety of processors, including variants of Analog Devices, Inc.'s Blackfin and SHARC processors, ARM processors, combinations of interconnected processors, etc. This will involve testing device drivers (USB, file system, audio, video, display, and others) and large functional blocks of module software for audio/video on multiple toolchains using a variety of automation systems. A key part of the team's work will be to troubleshoot a variety of software problems on hardware evaluation boards using schematics and hardware test equipment. Some of the work will involve developing tests for xx's VisualDSP++ toolchain.
The test engineering team will verify software bug fixes for xx's toolchain, device drivers, and other software. The team will execute manual and automated tests on several hardware evaluation boards produced by Analog Devices.
The team lead will work with management in Norwood, Massachusetts, USA and with development engineers in Norwood, Massachusetts, USA; Edinburgh, Scotland, UK; Bangalore, India; and Melbourne, Australia. The team lead will have regular conference calls with management in Norwood, manage the daily activities of the members of the teams, and provide guidance on technical issues to the team members.

Requirement:
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
* At least 8 years of experience in software development, with strong emphasis in embedded systems
* At least 2 years of supervising other engineers
* Experience with device driver level software
* Basic knowledge of hardware including the ability to read schematics and use basic hardware test equipment
* Ability to work independently with multiple teams to meet complex objectives
* Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering
* Very strong communications skills in the English language
