Responsibility:
Ø
For any quality related issue of Availink products, this person is responsible for guiding internal and external resources to identify the root cause
Ø
Supplier quality control and auditing
Ø
Handle vendor certification request from our customers
Ø
Customer satisfaction monitoring
Ø
Supply chain related process audit and management

Qualification:
Ø
Understand IC manufacturing and assembling process, and potential quality issue. From the typical defects of a finished wafer or assembled chip, he/she has the knowledge and experience to relate the defects to possible root cause
Ø
Strong interpersonal skills and direct customer interface experience
Ø
The ability to coordinate internal and external resources
Ø
Understand process development, process management, process improvement methodology (six sigma, CMMI etc)

Ø
Open communication, team work and positive thinking, be accountable.

Ø
Fluent in spoken and written English
