职位描述：
1，AV Codec的驱动程序开发；
2，AV的输入输出以及VIDEO显示的驱动程序的开发。

资历要求：
1，熟悉Audio，video DSP及其应用；
2，精通MPEG2,MPEG4,H.264等各种多媒体协议；
3，精通audio，video的encoder及decoder的软件控制，AV同步，及回放显示等各种环节，有实际工作经验；
4，熟悉嵌入式软件的开发及调试，熟悉Linux环境下的软件开发；
5，积极的工作态度和很好的团队合作精神；
6，要求电子/计算机或相关专业硕士或硕士以上毕业，至少三年以上实际工作经验以及熟练的英语读写能力和基本的会话技能。
