【Responsibilities】

负责海外客户的问题收集，跟踪和解决，

和客户保持良好的沟通渠道和联系。

【Requirements】

1.2年以上FAE工作经验；

2.具有一定的硬件知识；

3.具有数字电视或者机顶盒的从业经历；

4.能熟练和客户进行英语沟通；

5.有葡萄牙语和西班牙语口语能力的优先；

6.能适应一定时间的晚上倒班。
