Maxwell – is the leading software for modeling electromagneticfields used for the design and study of two-and three-dimensionalmodels, such as motors, sensors, transformers and other electrical andelectromechanical devices for various applications. Maxwell is based onthe finite element method (Finite Element Method – FEM) and accuratelycalculates the static, harmonic electromagnetic and electrical fields,as well as transients in field problems.
Optimetrics – More versatile program, which adds to the draftparametric optimization, statistical analysis, and sensitivity analysis.
RMxprt – a program that accelerates the process of design andoptimization of rotating electrical machines. RMxprt uses classicalanalytical theory of electric machines and method of equivalentmagnetic circuit for calculating the performance of the machine.
Maxwell Circuit Editor – a program for designing electrical circuits, which is used in the problems of transient Maxwell.
Simplorer – is software for modeling electromechanical systems,creating a complete electromechanical laboratory on the desktop.Simplorer includes programs for modeling of electric circuits and blockdiagrams. The components of the projects Simplorer can be a modelcreated in Ansoft Maxwell, Q3D Extractor, RMxprt, PExprt. In 8-thversion appeared a new generation interface (similar to the newinterface Maxwell). Added new dynamic coupling with Maxwell/RMxprt/Q3DExtractor.
Q3D Extractor – the software to determine the parameters of theparasitic elements in electronic circuits. It is used in the design ofpassive components on chip, multi-layer printed circuit boards, etc.Q3D Extractor performs 2D and 3D electromagnetic field simulationrequired to extract the RLC-parameters, connected to a feeding schemeand automatically generates equivalent circuit replacement.
