一些IP(HARD CORE）在讲它们使用的metal层数时，常会用到这个概念。
为什么这样命名，含义是什么？
比如4X2Z，那么用的是共6层Metal么？还是怎样？谢谢！

In Semiconductor manufacturing, (TSMC), 4X2Z means total 7 layers of metal. Metal 1 does not count, from Metal 2 to Metal 5, they are 1x thickness. Metal 6 and Metal 7 are 3x thickness.
For example, Metal 2 to Metal 5 are 2700 Ams. (thickness unit). and Metal 6 and Metal 7 are 9000 Ams.
