1. Functional Test Engineer

Job description
•        Hardware and software integration and functional verificationof different nodes in radio access network, core network and IP network.
•        Develop test plan and test cases and setup testing environment according to requirement
•        Perform testing, bug analyzing, reproducing and reporting.
Technical Skills
•        Solid knowledge in tele-communication, signal processing and network.
•        Experience in one or more of following areas:
o        Wireless telecommunication standards like GSM, CDMA, WCDMA, WiMAX, TD-SCDMA or LTE
o        L2/L3 switching / routing device with know-how of Ethernet and IP layer related protocols
o        Fixed networking technologies like SS7, SONET/SDH, EOS, MEF, PON, ATM, DSLAM
•        Knowledge of Unix, Perl, TCL and other scripting skills is preferred
Other qualifications:
•        Bachelor or above majoring telecommunication, CS, EE or similar
•        At least 3 years professional experience
•        A good team player, self-motivated and achievement oriented
•        Good command of oral and written English
•        Possible domestic or overseas travelling for months

2. Senior PCB designer


Job description
•        You will be an important person in leading the PCB design team and performing PCB layout design in our projects.
•        You will work in the whole product life cycle from developmentof new products to production coordination and maintenance.
Technical Skills
•        Very good experience in PCB layout design
•        Very good knowledge of CAD system from Mentor or Cadence
•        Good experience of signal integrity simulations
•        Deep understanding of EMI
•        Deep understanding of manufacturing and mounting processes for PCBs
Other qualifications:
•        B.Sc. In Electrical & Electronic Engineering or similar
•        At least 4 years professional experience
•        A good team player
•        Strong analytical and problem solving skills
•        Self-motivated and achievement oriented
•        Good command of oral and written English & Chinese
•        Good skills in reading and composing documentation in English


3. Senior RF Engineer
Job description
•        You will be an important person in leading base station RF andanalog HW design team in our projects and also participate indeveloping the operations and new businesses for the future.
•        You will work in the whole product life cycle including pre-study, development, verification and maintenance.
Technical Skills
•        Rich experience of wireless telecommunication standards like GSM, CDMA, WCDMA, WiMAX, TD-SCDMA or LTE
•        Rich experience of designing RF and analogue radio functions
•        Deep understanding of measurement techniques of analogue and radio functions
•        Skilled in Instruments such as Signal Generator, Spectrum Analyzer, Network Analyzer and Signal Analyzer.
•        Good experience of simulation tools for example ADS or MatLab
•        Good knowledge of CAD tools such as Mentor or Cadence
Other qualifications:
•        M.Sc. In Electrical & Electronic Engineering or similar
•        At least 8 years professional experience
•        Experience as team leader and a good team player
•        Self-motivated and achievement oriented
•        Good command of oral and written English & Chinese

4. Embedded SW Engineer

Job description

•        As an Embedded SW designer in our new HW team, you will workon SW design, implementation, documentation and test. You willparticipate in system design together with people from System unit, aswell as integration work together with people from HW design and fromVerification.
•        Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues is part of thework. You will also participate in pre-studies and feasibility studieswhen needed.
•        To enforce our development capacity, we are looking forexperienced engineers with the ambition to grow and takeresponsibility, and become an important contributor within our basestation development.

Competence
•        Good knowledge in SW design using C or C++.
•        Embedded SW development knowledge using embedded OS, like Linux, VxWorks
•        Familiar with 32/64bits embedded processor like PowerPC, MIPS, ARM, x86 etc.
•        Driver development experience such as PCIe, E1, Ethernet, Serial, UART, USB etc.
•        SW development in telecommunication industry especially base station is an advantage
•        The knowledge in digital HW is also an advantage

Other qualifications:
•        M.Sc. or B.Sc in Computer Science or Computer software engineering or Electronic Engineering
•        3 years or above Embedded SW development experience is required
•        Self-motivated and achievement oriented
•        A good team player and good adaptability
•        Possible domestic/abroad traveling is expected
•        Good technical writing, communicative skills and a high proficiency in English both oral and written.
