1. Education background: Bachelor or above
2. Major in: telecommunications and / or related
3. 4+ years working experience
4. 3+ years FPGA related working experience. 2+ years FGPA experience on WCDMA, TD-SCDMA, CDMA200 BTS or related wireless access product R&D.

5. Self motivated, ability to work independently with minimal supervision
6. Language ability: English, good, both written and oral
7. Other requirements: Capability to adapt rapidly in a challenging job environment; team work capabilities and communication skills

Knowledge and experience in the following areas would be an asset:
1. Deep knowledge of wireless telecommunication algorithms implementation in FGPA, such as FFT, OFDM modulation, MIMO, TURBO coding/decoding, etc.
2. Telecom product development experience such as CDMA, IP/Ethernet, ATM, Optical, and TDM.
