This RR input is not very common, typically only one of such switch (m5 or m8) is used.
Yes, there is an intrinsic latch for this scheme.
If VG5 =VG0 due to lowered supply, input common mode = VG5=VG0, a latch is formed. Eventually supply shorted to gnd. |
