解释：AOCL和SoCEDS是2个比较新的软件。 AOCL是Altera版本的Opencl开发包，用C语言开发FPGA，AMD、英伟达也有类似的OpenCL工具，不过是用GPU来实现并行处理。SoCEDS是Altera推出的开发SOC的工具（就是集成ARM Cortex-A9的FPGA），里面集成了全世界最厉害的ARM开发工具DS-5（从ARM公司定制的）。
