stream out gds through icfb

Hi, all

before my submitting the final GDS(.5um) this weekend, I wanna confirm the exporting procedure  again.

1.in ICC using the following scripts to export the gds:
set_write_stream_options -reset
set_write_stream_options \
  -map_layer  gds2OutLayer.map \
  -child_depth 0 \
  -output_filling {fill} \
  -output_outdated_fill \
  -keep_data_type \
  -output_geometry_property \
  -output_pin {geometry} \
  -output_polygon_pin

2.then using icfb to merge the gds
  a.stream in the IO-pad gds
  b.stream in the core gds
  c.stream the top-cell gds,  setting the following option in this step

d.export the final GDS, setting the following option in this step

other options are default.

Is what's presented above okay? or any further adjustment?

２中的顺序应该是那样的.

c,d两步中的option没显示了来,

c中选中(Ｒetain Reference Library(No Merge)) 这个选项
d中取消上述的选项

是否这样?

完全正确， icc到 icfb merge layout就是这个flow，

icc的选项里面加一个 -skip_ref_libXXX ， write_stream_option
