| Ohm's law can answer the question: V=I*R, resistance associated with the finger tip is ~1.5Kohm. So, Class 1HBM defines an upper boundary of discharge voltage of 2KV, equivalent to a discharge current of 1.33A max.
 Voltage transient response, if any,  is helpful for understanding gate-oxide break down tolerance,
 while the current counterpart for the drain breakdown, however the latter is always used.
