IC616 installation error on CentOS6.8

I download Base, Hotfix, IScape, MMSIM from http://bbs.eetop.cn/thread-593172-1-1.html I have CentOS 6.8. While installing any package, the installation stops saying,


To complete installing this release, you must specify the following media:
IC 06.16.005 RHEL 5(lnx86) Base Release Disk



I tried solution given http://bbs.eetop.cn/thread-258482-1-1.html but not able to get the file MediaID.txt
I desperately need help. thanks a lot in advance.

先安装base，然后安装hotfix，在安装hotfix的最后阶段，指定base的安装盘。

Thank you Very much for your Reply. I did that But Still Same problem
Is it Necessary that the OS has to be 32bit for IC06.16.005_lnx86.Base? Mine is CentOs 64-bit.

安装路径不要有空格，检查iscape的路径

Dear, Thanks for reply. Here is the source path and installation path which I use,
Source : /mnt/E/Cadence/Base/IC06.16.005_lnx86.Base/CDROM1
/home/sunil4u/EDA/Cadence/IC6.1
I use similar path for Hotfix and I am able to start installation till 95%, but after that installation ask IC 06.16.005 RHEL 5(lnx86) Base Release Disk 1 
And I provide above source path, but it keep asking and not doing anything
I really need your help. Thanks a lot

Try Ubuntu if Centos issue can't be solved, http://bbs.eetop.cn/thread-606269-1-1.html
I successfully installed IC616 on Ubuntu 16.04 LTS.Regards.

    I mean provide your iscape.sh path.

Thank you very much all of you. Finally I am able to install IC616 on Ubuntu, but not MMSIM14. Can someone post license file for IC616.005 ?
