ubuntu 装vcs遇到的问题

我的版本是：ubuntu 14.04,64位系统。没用虚拟机vcs版本是201306,scl是10.9.3,installer是v3.0,按照论坛上的教程已经装完了，license也用lmstat和lmgrd验证过了，如下
