VCO的功耗问题

我做了一个全差分的VCO，请问怎么计算其总的功耗？？基于Cadence下仿真可以直接仿真出其具体的功耗值吗？？下面这张图可以看出VCO的功耗吗？

two ways:

1. Do some kind of tran simulations and plot the total current flowing out of your supply voltage source, marked as Itot. Find the period of the current and average it in one period or integers of periods using calculator.

2. Do some kind of pss sims and directly find the result in freq domain. Commonly, only dc component counts as power consumption.
